Natalie B. Green is a compassionate speaker, author, certified life coach, and personal mentor whose mission is to inspire others to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Natalie is a woman of deep faith and passion, dedicated to empowering people from all walks of life to live the life for which they were created.

She is the visionary founder of two transformative women’s movements: the Unbroken Women’s Encounter and the Women of Purpose Fellowship and Conference. Through these impactful platforms, she creates safe, spirit-filled spaces for women to heal, grow, and rise into their divine callings.

Natalie serves as Co-Pastor alongside her husband, Pastor James A. Green, Jr., at Heart of God Ministries Church in Miami Gardens, FL. Her spiritual leadership is marked by wisdom, grace, and an unshakable faith in Jesus Christ, cultivated over four decades of personal devotion.

In addition to her ministry and mentorship, Natalie is a trailblazing entrepreneur. She is the owner and CEO of several thriving businesses, including Natalie B. Green International, Shift Masters, LLC—a staffing and workforce solutions agency—and NBTT Event Management, a company specializing in professional event planning and execution.

​Her leadership and influence extend beyond the pulpit and the boardroom. Natalie serves on the Advisory Council for the Association of Christian Business Women (ACBW), where she helps shape the future for women in faith-based entrepreneurship. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Elect Ladies Kingdom Network (ELKN), a platform dedicated to uniting and empowering leading women in the senior leadership role of ministry. She is a Resident Coach and Mentor for Women Empowering Women in Development (WEW), an organization on a mission to inspire and impower women in the development industry.
Natalie is a powerful and energetic speaker who consistently delivers compelling messages at ministry and corporate functions, workshops, empowerment conferences, and women’s events. Her teachings are rich with insight, drawn from over 40 years of walking by faith and mentoring others through spiritual and professional growth.
