Natalie serves as Co-Pastor alongside her husband, Pastor James A. Green, Jr., at Heart of God Ministries Church in Miami Gardens. Her spiritual leadership is marked by wisdom, grace, and an unshakable faith in Jesus Christ, cultivated over four decades of personal devotion.
In addition to her ministry and mentorship, Natalie is a trailblazing entrepreneur. She is the owner and CEO of several thriving businesses, including Natalie B. Green International, Shift Masters, LLC, and NBTT Event Management.
Her leadership and influence extend beyond the pulpit and the boardroom. Natalie serves on the Advisory Council for the Association of Christian Business Women (ACBW), where she helps shape the future for women in entrepreneurship. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Elect Ladies Kingdom Network (ELKN), a platform dedicated to uniting and empowering leading women in senior ministry leadership. In addition, she serves as a Resident Coach and Mentor for Women Empowering Women in Development (WEW), an organization committed to inspiring and empowering women in the development industry.
